Refund policy

 ICLÈBOUTIQUE only offers STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. There are no returns or refunds unless there is damage on the product or there is a shipping mistake on our behalf. We only offer store credit for eligible returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with invoice. You must email us within 5 days of delivery. In your email please include the following: your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged items.
Once your return request has been approved, you have 5 days to ship the items to us. ICLÈBOUTIQUE does not provide shipping labels for returns. You are responsible for shipping costs for the return and must provide us with tracking information for your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. To start a return, you can contact us at icleboutiqueinfo@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Clothing must NOT be worn, altered, washed, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. All tags must be attached when returned.

All orders placed under promotion or with the use of discount codes is FINAL SALE!

Please note that all Clearance items, Bodysuit, Accessories, Swimwear, White items, Intimates and gift cards are FINAL SALE!
